Do you have setup fees or contracts?
We do not have set up fees. You can drop us an email for a detailed chat about your business and how we can help you and we never tie our clients into a contract. We’re so confident with our services, we don’t feel the need to restrict them.
How much does it cost?
Each package is different as is each business we meet. Above are the basic prices we offer should you know what your business needs. We can also offer personalized tailored packages to suit the requirements of your business, just get in touch to find out more.
What is the billing cycle?
All clients will be billed at the starting of every month from date their plan starts. For larger and custom projects we may require some payment up front but this would be agreed with our clients first.
Do I need any technical skills to setup Saaps?
No. You do not need any technical skills to setup SAPPS. It takes only a few minutes to get you started. All you need are a few details like your IPACCT login credentials, your server IP, your Zone ID and your IP Pool ID (required to view free IP addresses in your pool).
How many packages can I have at any one time?
This can be entirely up to our client. We do however, recommend they discuss their business requirements with us first so we can ensure they are getting the correct services and not paying for something they may not need as much as another area of business.
How much time does it takes to setup Sapps?
The whole process takes only a few minutes to sync with your server and migrate your subscribers. Once the server is synced you can start Managing and Invoicing. Our support team is always there to help you.
